Inside the Erada Centre Treatment and Rehabilitation Project

 

The Erada Centre Treatment and Rehabilitation Project is in Umm Eselay, Dubai, UAE. This project is vital to the community as it aims to provide essential care and treatment. The Dubai Municipality Projects Department awards the main construction contract by the second quarter of 2024. Construction will begin following the awarding of the contract. Also, The project is finalizing the bidding and awarding phase, with preparations underway for the commencement of construction activities.

The Erada Centre Treatment and Rehabilitation Project has a broad scope of work that includes the maintenance of numerous buildings and facilities. These include the main building, academic building, staff accommodation, ten VIP villas. Also it includes service blocks 1 & 2, housekeeping storage, security block, external works, and boundary walls.

The project aims to advance healthcare by providing comprehensive treatment and rehabilitation services to the community. With a targeted completion date of 2025, the project is expected to promptly commence construction activities to meet the community's healthcare needs.
