Exploring the Enchanting Charm of The Woodland Residences


The Woodland Residences is a luxury residential villa project in the Meydan area of Dubai, UAE. The project has initiated the tendering process, and enabling works are expected to commence in April or May. The anticipated completion date for the project is mid-2026. The project's estimated cost is AED 425 million ($116 million).

The decision to launch The Woodland Residences project was made in 2022, following a surge in demand for villas in Meydan, Dubai. Moreover, the project will comprise a gated community of 30 villas, each featuring a private pool and an elevator. In addition, the wall cladding of common areas within the villas will feature Automobile Lamborghini-branded porcelain tiles. It reflects the themes of luxury and performance.

In 2023, AMIS acquired land for The Woodland Residences project at the end of 2022. Moreover, it places the company in a favourable position within the dynamic and competitive landscape. Meydan, the master developer, will handle the infrastructure works inside and outside The Woodland Residences's premises.
