They are also introducing Customizable FLEXSPACE modules to meet unique business requirements.

The ground floor, with flexible space adaptation, is designated for restaurants, coffee shops, and car showrooms. The first floor features a diverse tenancy mix, accommodating various retail options. The second and third floors offer flexibility for different business needs.

In 2024, the construction progress of the Rubix project will be monitored, focusing on meeting the three-year delivery timeline. Furthermore, ongoing sales efforts will continue to meet the targeted revenue.
