Furthermore, the project will provide over 27 million sq. m. of floor area. New Murabba Modern Downtown aims to generate around 334,000 jobs by 2030 and attract $50 billion in foreign investment. It also contributes to economic stability. The project is designed with a 15-minute walking radius and an internal transport system for ease of mobility. Downtown features include a museum, university, theatre, and over 80 entertainment venues.
