The New Murabba Modern Downtown project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is a mixed-use development currently under construction. Furthermore, the project will provide over 27 million sq. m. of floor area. New Murabba Modern Downtown aims to generate around 334,000 jobs by 2030 and attract $50 billion in foreign investment. It also contributes to economic stability. The project is designed with a 15-minute walking radius and an internal transport system for ease of mobility. Downtown features include a museum, university, theatre, and over 80 entertainment venues.
