 The Hayy Al Sharq Project is set to revolutionize Oman's entertainment and leisure industry. With a sprawling 1.5 million square meters of space, this theme park is designed to offer a range of attractions. However, there's something for everyone, from an integrated theme park and wildlife and water parks to an equestrian centre. Moreover, the development also boasts retail areas for dining, three hotels and a residential zone with 200 units. The project is being developed in collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism, emphasizing its significance in promoting tourism. This collaboration with the government highlights the importance of public-private partnerships in driving economic growth and development in the country.

Furthermore, Salim al Mahruqi, the Minister of Tourism, visited the Hayy Al Sharq project, reinforcing the government's involvement and interest in the project's development. However, His extensive academic background reflects his expertise in the field and his ability to support the project's growth from a technical standpoint.
